That's great you're getting them siamsmum. I was on the 400mg compounded pessaries for 34 weeks with this bub plus there is an Orion brand that Monash normally give out that are 200mg.

Hello everyone! Hope you're all well.

Babee good luck with your lap, I don't know too much about it, but it seems a positive step closer to success.

Siansmum, keeping my fingers crossed all goes well. I'm so happy they're rising, congrats! Great idea about the progesterone lemonpancakes, when you get your next hcg ask if they can test your progesterone levels too. When i first got my bfp the nurse said she wanted it above 30. I was on pessaries from the chemist in epworth hospital, but other clinics have used crinone gel.

Hi Flemo! Been thinking about you too. Where are you up to? What's synadel? I'm good Flemo, sick but all is going well, 10 weeks now!

Lynn is doing lots of prep for your girls with the scratches and laps and thyroid control, so glad. I know they'll be some more bfps soon.

Hi ladies, I'm a bit worried now as I've been reading some threads about Crinone and the side effects. Quite concerned about the sadness/depression feelings as I don't need to feel any sadder than what I already am some days. My grief about Sian dying is up and down - some days I'm ok and others I'm really not. I know the progesterone is really important for this baby, but it worries me that my grief could be exacerbated by the pessaries. Any thoughts, please???

Is it Crinone your doc has prescribed Siansmum? I was on that for the first trimester of this pregnancy and I didn't experience any depression, just mild annoyance at having to take it every night, and needing to use a panty liner every day.

I also found it incredibly expensive! Like $90 a week from memory. The other progesterone was cheaper...the one the pharmacy makes up themselves.

I didn't experience any sadness/depression as a side effect of progesterone pessaries and injections.
