I'm not taking DHEA currently but am going back to see Lynn on Tuesday and going to ask her about it. Once I've seen her I'll let you know what I find out.
She will most likely put you on melatonin which is awesome as it makes you sleep really well. Also CoQ10, vitamin E, fish oil and a pre-natal vitamin. I'm. Also taking vitamin d as my levels are low.
