Default What does your 9 month old eat?

On a normal day what will your bubba eat? Breakfast lunch dinner and snacks.. My boy is 8.5 months old and is getting bored of my food (and I don't blame him) so I need some ideas. He eats puréed food and some finger foods too. Tia

At that age I used to make chicken and veggie nuggets or salmon and veggie croquets - literally just steam about 3-5 different veggies, ( broccoli, peas, corn, zucchini, carrot) chop up and add either cooked , flaked salmon or cooked chicken mince or chopped up poached chicken , add some garlic, fresh herbs, chia seeds, an egg and some rice crumbs and shape into little nuggets or meat balls and lightly fry - very nutritious, easy to hold and nibble and they freeze really well - I also made mini falafel or meat balls , egg pancakes, pasta tossed in ricotta and smashed peas, or just try offer a version of what you are eating - corn on the cob and lamb cutlets were a hit at that age as he would gum and suck them for hours!

Rice cakes with avocado or almond butter are a great snack as are cucumber sticks with homemade dips and breakfast was always a rotation of egg pancake, wholemeal toast with avocado , quinoa porridge or banana pancakes
