    Default Paid parental leave and baby bonus still on?

    When I had ds I got ppl and it helped me stay off work for longer which was great!
    Someone said its no longer on offer? I know the baby bonus stops from march 1 but ppl too??

    Ppl is still going. The new liberal one starts in 2015 I think. Its own wage
    ( previous financial years income divided by 52weeks) and this goes for 26 weeks

    Yep PPL is still the same. BB is less but still paid via FTB (not sure if A or B).

    Will be amazed if the Liberal Party one ever gets off the ground.

    I dont know if the new ppl has been passed by govt. It was an election promise but no doubt they will reign it back considering the amount of debt there is. Just my opinion though

    No baby bonus after 1 March 2014, just an increase to FTB part A.
