It's an ingredient in some menopause treatment tablets that acts like clomid. It forced my body to ovulate for the first time in over a year.

I've been to the specialist today. They have doubled by dose of metaformin, added clomid and a pregnyl injection.

They have also given me something for a a thirod problem, which is news to me.

    Fingers, toes and everything crossed

Just warning you pregnyl can give you false positives on home pregnancy tests.

I'm on 2000ug of metformin and my body struggles a bit with the high dose. I get about a minutes notice for #2s.

If you can afford it and want a baby I would just jump straight to IVF to be honest. I did. It's hard but at least you know what's going on. And my FS is 1.5hrs away too .

Clomid would definitely help helps to ripen the follicle making it nice and big for ovulation!
