@phee83 - I'm secretly looking forward to my "next steps" for that reason. *ashamed*

My sinuses are playing up again, they seem to do this a week before af on months I think I'm utd, but seems it's just another stupid thing my body has decided to do. Wish I could take so me nurofen, wish I didn't have to worry every month about the things I put in my body sigh.

Just checking in quickly as I haven't been around much lately.

I'm waiting to start my first round of injections on my next cycle but after some blood tests last week it looks like my body is going to finally ovulate by itself! Going by a positive opk yesterday I'm assuming O is today. So I guess I will see what happens at the end of this cycle. Either way I'm glad I haven't had to take something to force AF.

@starflame, I totally am with you about wishing to go back to the start of the cycle and not worry about anything and yes, I too have given up so many of my career choices and other personal interests in the face of 'what-if'. I have truly begun to understand the old adage 'when the going gets tough, the tough gets going'... nothing makes you as helpless as this TTC thingy, the thought of 'what-if-it-never-happens-for-us' shifts the ground beneath. But hey, here we all are taking each day at a time. So let's all hang in there and some of us are bound to beat the odds.

Any IVF buddies this month? I am starting mine sometime this week.

i'm with you all on the "so over DTD". I actually think there is DTD and Baby-making. The baby-making is no fun

I thought I ovulated this weekend, but blood test came back pretty dismal today, another BT wednesday. Hopefully it will show a very weak ovulation and i'll be able to start my IVF meds.

I still enjoy DTD, I'm just sick of getting no result from it.

Yay! We DTD tonight! (Technically a BD as well, as I had a second surge register on an OPK this morning).

It was really nice. Felt like one of the old times when we'd do it for pleasure, not as a task for procreation.

(says the lady with a pillow under her bum as she types this. )
