Just sticking my head in to see how you went Cinder. I wonder what's going on??

I'm 10-11 DPO and BFN today so 100% out, I knew I was anyway, but have had heaps of cramping and yesterday my cm changed again and I stupidly got my hopes up. Lap on Fri

I brought so e vitex today, and some elevit and B6. I'm cycle day 2. Should I take all three every day? The vitex bottle says 3 a day - is that really necessary? Should I rake them at particular times ( I have read to start vitex when AF has ended)
Sorry for so many questions, I've given myself 3 months to get a BFP then I'll stop my quest

I use vitex from when AF has stopped (it causes me to clot heaps) until about 2 days before AF. Vitex boosts progesterone in the 2nd half and I had one cycle it was late by 3 days (which is unheard of for me) bc I kept taking it until I was a day overdue. You should stop as soon as you get a BFP
