This was the same as me, constant nausea but vomiting didn't make it any better. It was horrendous!

Mine felt like motion sickness in the beginning. Every time I'm pregnant the symptoms start with that, and gagging and smell sensitivity.

Exactly like a hangover - without the fun night beforehand!

Similar too in that if I ate something, it would make me feel a bit better, but just psyching myself up to eat was a mammoth process in itself.

I would get a bit of a head spin and know it was time to head to the bathroom. I was lucky that apart from the first couple of times I never had the urgent run to the loo - I caught on very quickly how I would begin to feel, and rather than fight it, I just accepted it was going to happen and got it out of the way.

Entering the third trimester now and I still have days where I feel like I may need to spew. At the first sign of nausea now I just take a maxalon tablet and usually that settles things. It's not pleasant having a funny tummy and feeling bub wriggling around in there just makes it worse!

Exactly how it was for me too. Horrible feeling! Seedyness like a hang over, car sickness light headed, nauseous and dizzy feeling. I also hate vomiting like a passion (vomiting phobia) so I also had anxiety with the worry i would need to vomit. It just sucked LOL!
