Default REALLY bad period cramps 3w4d pregnant!

As most of you know I only got my BFP yesterday at 10DPO and now this evening from 6pm onwards I got really bad period pains!! It's not implantation pain (I have already implanted)...

This pain is as good as period pain!! Has had me laying down all arvo!

    IM SO SCARED!

I have had two other pregnancies that both ended in live births.

    NEVER MISCARRIED BEFORE

With both of those pregnancies I had little tummy pains here and there but NOTHING LIKE THIS!

I am absolutely convinced I'm having a MC!

    .. This can't be happening...

i was in horrid pain at the begining of my pg with ds and the hospital even thought i could be having an ectopic but no every thing was just fine and they told me that some pregnancies are more painful than others.
try panadol and a heat pack but if you are really worried call and speak to a mid wife and if you have no spotting i would say its probably just your uterus stretching or round ligament pain.
i hope your ok!!!! it is scary

Oh hon, I hope everything is ok I would try to remain hopeful if you're not spotting or bleeding it's probably ok. Maybe get a couple of blood tests for hcg levels a few days apart to ease your mind? I hope it all works ok ok. Hugs**

I agree with blood tests. It could just be the corpus luteum forming and ligaments. Which is normal. Is it on one particular side? A miscarriage at this early stage would be just like a period.

Hope everything is ok. I've had 2 early m/c that started with cramping but I also had very painful cramping with my successful pregnancy. Thinking of you.

Thank you. Was your cramping like period pain though? Mine is down low in the very centre and feels like strong period cramping.

    Hey,
Like I said above, I got bloods done today and I will repeat in 2 days. Not on any side just very low down on the centre and feels like a very strong period pain.

That's good, ugh I know how you must be feeling. With my son I had some bleeding and clotting early on and was convinced I was miscarrying but everything turned out ok thankfully. There's no blood fx it's nothing serious. I will pray for you hon.

Hey Jenga, can you please describe in detail what your early mc cramps felt like, if not, I understand.

Mine is right down low in the very centre, feels just like a strong period pain. I wouldn't say excruciating, but very moderate pain.. It just doesn't feel normal, I'm convinced I'll have a mc

It's pretty much been off and on for 4 hours.. Mostly there the whole time though with short breaks in between. The peak of pain was around 8pm where the pain was REALLY TERRIBLE... I'm so confused. I'm sorry for your losses too. Xx thanks for your reply.
