    Default Low HCG AND PROGESTERONE

DP and I have been TTC for 4 years he is fine I have PCOS except there no hormonal imbalance just the cysts on the ovaries and every six months I don't ovulate I also had mild endo removed in sept due to start IVF this month, had beta hcg checked NYE as I would be drinking and that was less than 1 so a negative had spotting on 2.1.14 and thought AF was starting had bloods again and beta hcg was 8!! Progesterone 33.6 I was obviously so excited and happy.
Had more bloods on 3.1.14 beta hcg 9 progesterone 26.4
More bloods on the 4.1.14 beta hcg 10 and progesterone 24.3 no dr can tell me what's going on all I get is its so early as they suspect my spotting was implantation bleeding and maybe it's to early for my levels to be doubling my gynea and FS is not back till tomoro this is driving me insane can anyone help or share a similar experience

Have you got progesterone support? If it's going down- that's not really a great sign (sorry to give u bad news)

The Bhcg is meant to double in around 48 hours in a normal healthy pregnancy.

I'd keep getting tested (in another 48 hours to give it a chance to double) and then see how you go!

It could be that you have a late implanter or it could mean miscarriage (I hope it's not the latter huge hugs)

My gp told me I don't need it I asked him again today and he told me I'm being to anxious as it's not a significant drop and too early for the results to really mean anything I'm just counting down the hour till 9am tomoro morning to speak to one of my specialists my oestrogen is going up but from what I've read it could be oestrogen dominance pushing progesterone down AF isn't actually due until Wednesday I'm trying to be optimistic but I'm not thinking my results r good , I also think I need a new gp I wasn't too happy with his response
He told me perhaps the drop was due to the corpus luteum taking over… I thought that's what made progesterone in the first place??!!

    You are right!
Sounds like your gp doesn't know a whole heap of what he's talking about. Ideally they like prog to go up as the hcg goes up.

I have my fingers crossed for you.
