    Dear Felicia & MrsTugs,

So sorry to hear of AF arriving for you both, another month, another disappointment. You are both doing so many things to support your body to create life, so regroup, refocus and keep on keeping on...

MrsTugs, I know you just started using Vitex, and ANY hormonal regulators such as herbal medicine take three cycles to work- it takes that long for a healthy egg to mature, so anything that you do, you cannot take any notice of the results for three months. Even if you notice no improvements or nothing happening that seems different at all, just keep going for that three months and then you will be able to tell the difference.

I'll be bowing out of BH for a while, I'm thinking of taking three months myself to do a full egg health plan - my miscarriages are nothing to do with my ability to conceive, or implantation, uterine dysfunction or any ability to carry a baby, it seems like the egg is dysfunctional and the baby stops developing. So I'm looking at a three month plan to put in every nutrient known to man to improve egg quality and will go again. The hardest thing for me is knowing that I turn 43 soon, and I feel like I don't want to 'waste' three months worth of eggs by not trying during that time, but I also don't want to have to go through this again... So I'm trying desperately to give myself a good solid talking to and seeing if I can make the next three months a massive health mission to get those eggs as healthy as possible.

Good luck everyone else o the baby dust train, hoping you don't have to wait too long.
    xxxx
