Doc is happy with results and asked if we wanted to go down to him to have ultrasound ( with his super special machine) to look at tubes / tesicles etc and do another count for him to look at and analysis in his lab ...
Think he offered it to put my mind at ease .. He knows what wife's are like ...

So I feel relieved from as results
Still abit thrown from ultrasound this morning ... That I don't know what my body is doing

Squishie - only thing I can go by is what I've learnt about liver and hormones and alcohol last 6 months is alcohol can throw your hormones out
If you were doing it every day/ weekend it can cause probs
But I dont know how many times I haven't had a wine at dinner for the reason of maybe I'm utd
So I say enjoy your night out !
I only drink once/ twice a month only when we go out for dinner

Go go super swimmers!!! I haven't been drinking all that much these days anway - no real desire, must be getting old lol - I think ill just have a few wines, but nothing overboard. We will have a 6 hour drive home the next morning anyway and the people that we know who are also going aren't big drinkers so I'm unlikely to get carried away ha ha! Just enough to get a little buzz and then go back to the hotel and make a baby ha ha!

I'm 11 DPO at the moment. When I tested with DD I got a BFP at 12 DPO, so it's going to be so hard for me not to test tomorrow.

Me 31, He 34, DD 21 months, waiting for just 1 more to complete our family.

I've managed to load my belly pic. Is it possible I will one day get rid of this without surgery? I just hate how I have the two rolls at the bottom, separated by my belly button

I'm hoping to get into yoga and Pilates on top of my jogging, I wonder if that would be enough. I'd like to go gung-ho with a workout plan, but I'm more likely to fail that way

Never done yoga - but Pilates is great definatly good for tummy
    I only do 30 mins / 1 hr a day - 3/4 days a week
I've never been a gym person ever ... But joined Fernwood - amazing not grubby men around and it's like a family environment - most offer body pump classes - body pump is what has made all the difference to my body it's tones, strengthens and gets rid of body fat
Gym is " my " time - my therapist I see says it's like a mediation for some people - I go and get all my emotions out and not think and that helps me !
Make failing not an option !
