Hi considering a tree/sea change. Wanting advice.

We are thinking either wollongong or coffs harbour.

Wollongong is closed to sydney but expensive for our budget to buy.

We looked at coffs harbour many years ago but did not do it.

Im a registered nurse, and hubby is a taxi driver. Im good for work, but would my hubby?? We like both areas and coffs harbour is looking more attractive because of the house prices.

I have a young child and what are the schools like in the area? Are there decent parks and entertainment for children. My child really likes the beach so thats fine.

Tell me all there is to know about coffs harbour please good and bad please.
