I'm ashamed to admit that I've failed the last 3 days. Moreso cause I created the thread. I've had 2/5 soft drink free days. Uosude us I've drank less than what I was. I feel so embarrassed!

I failed today. I had a soft drink with lunch and then we had pizza for dinner (spur of the moment thing) and I just can't have that without a cola. I haven't put any drinks in the fridge for tomorrow on purpose so will have to see how I go.

Well I'm a late jointer but I'm now 5 days in without soft drink.

I am hoping to see some weight loss as a result.. I would drink at least 6 glasses a night!

Yesterday was great for me. No soft drink. Will be trying my best to not be tempted today. We are having bbq ribs for dinner and some coke would be great with it

Well done pen14! Good on you how abput everyone else? Not many ppl updating!

As for me. I've lost 1.5kgs in the last 2 weeks of this challenge. Haven't cut out completely but cut down. Maybe that's a better way of tackling it?

Ive been soft drink free 7/11 days.
