None today, even though it was stinking hot & there's lemonade cans in my fridge screaming 'driiiink meeeee' only one glass of cordial too (it gives me heartburn so it's a great incentive not to drink it!) Well done everyone so far!

Well done! None for me either. I'm surprised I've been able to resist!

    How is everyone else going?

I've managed to stick to my one a day so far this week without too much trouble. I'm thinking about going a step further but not sure yet. It's my one vice - I don't drink alcohol, coffee, tea... It's nice to have something other than water. Maybe just for the weekends though...

My challenge is to stop drinking it so much throughout the day. With lunch and dinner. I'm not sure if I'll say no if I'm at a friends house and it's offered to me. If I can have that control that's a huge improvement for me. Tomorrow going to a friend's house who just got married. Haven't seen her for a year so she's not that close of a friend. I hope she'll offer an alternative!
