I was going so well but went away for a few days last weekend which involved drinking lots of vodka and soft drink everywhere I went oops. Then as soon as I got back DD3 had surgery which involved Pepsi Max from the machines whilst I waited for her. So let's just say 6 days was a fizzer.
Back into it now 3 days down, going to try make it a month.

I gave up coke/coke zero about 5 years ago and only have water, mineral water and cordial now. I tried some of hubby's a while ago and almost gagged, it tastes absolutely vile to me now! You couldn't pay me to drink it anymore and I used to be the biggest junkie!!! It does get heaps easier

I'm keen! I always used to enjoy an odd coke, but since DD came along last year I'm an absolute addict. I don't drink coffee and use it to survive. I do drink large amounts of water still, but I feel the soft drink is holding me back in losing more weight. When are we kicking off the challenge?

I've been wanting/needing to do this for a while now, so count me in. Soft drink is really my one vice! I cut out all energy drinks a couple of years ago now and haven't looked back, but still have coke at least a few times a week and other soft drinks on the days I don't have coke. I think it's holding me back in weight loss, and I'm also concerned about setting a bad example for DS...He's nearly one now and always reaches for the soft drink when I'm having it. I've never given him any, and don't want to, but the older he gets the harder it will be to explain to him that he can't have any because it's bad for him, but that mummy still drinks it!

    Looking forward to starting tomorrow!!

    Hi all

Not many people kept updating in this and it died. So I stopped posting too. I started drinking coke again. Am so weak. I tried giving up other stuff. Like maccas and went 5 months without it them started being it again.

Well done lilly and everyone else for sticking to it!
