Default The 'No soft drink' challenge! !

I love soft drink. I know how bad it is for me. I know I don't need it but I'm addicted. I crave it. I can drink it over water any day. I crave mostly coke/pepsi. I don't care about others but will drink them. I drink anywhere from 600ml to 900ml a day no fail. I have a vicious junk food cycle going on

I know I gotta cut down then out. Anyone want to join me? Ideally I'd like to do a month without it but starting at realistic goals first. So starting Monday for 2 wks. I have 1 more 600ml in the fridge left which I'll drink on the weekend.

We can report at the end of the day. I usually have it with lunch and dinner so after dinner I'll report.

Oh no, I'm totally addicted to diet coke (and coke zero in a pinch). I'm too ashamed to even admit the ridiculous quantity that I drink each day, it's disgusting. Not sure if I can give it up cold turkey, I know that I'm totally addicted to caffeine.

Count me in... I'm not addicted (i don't think) but since DH loves soft drink I have found myself drinking way more of it than I would like. So I will aim to go without a single drop of soft drink for a month. I also plan to only drink water, herbal teas and an occasional homemade green smoothie. Lets see how I go.

Great to see so many if you on board! For those that aren't ready to cut out completely then just try to cut down.

I know I'm going to struggle. I loveeee soft drink! Just hope I don't try getting my sugar fix from somewhere else!

But hopefully with each other's support we can do it!
