I love soft drink. I know how bad it is for me. I know I don't need it but I'm addicted. I crave it. I can drink it over water any day. I crave mostly coke/pepsi. I don't care about others but will drink them. I drink anywhere from 600ml to 900ml a day no fail. I have a vicious junk food cycle going on
I know I gotta cut down then out. Anyone want to join me? Ideally I'd like to do a month without it but starting at realistic goals first. So starting Monday for 2 wks. I have 1 more 600ml in the fridge left which I'll drink on the weekend.
