    Ask for their insurance details. Or alternatively call your home insurance and speak to them to deal with. If they are a registered business your home insurance should be able to go after them.

    This! I said this to them and they said they wont be claiming it on their insurance!
    I get they will have to pay more but not my problem. It does need to be fixed

    Also abn is registered and I just got off Facebook a few weeks back (having a break) but friends have said to name and shame also... could I get in trouble?
    I will wait for my new oven knobs to arrive first.. if they do!

    Wouldn't the messages they sent you regarding repairing your oven be proof enough?

    They didnt give me a receipt though.. can I still do this? They said they will be sending a letter addressed to me with replacement knobs but they arent fixing rest of oven...

    The emails should be proof enough.
    I would tell them I would be contacting Fair Trading and going through my insurance and they will be in touch with them.
