    Or pop a wet washer between you and bub when feeding - the hot sticky skin contact is what I find bad.

    We live on the Sunshine Coast and the heat was intense today. I think it got to 46 at our house.

    I think I lost about 3 kilos today.

    It does appear that we're through the worst of the heat though. Tomorrow and Monday will be mid 30s and then mid 20s.
