Default Nt scan and blood tests timing

    Im confused...
Im 10+2 today and I havent booked in for my nt scan yet. Im not worried about that as ill ring up today and book it in..
What has confused me is the blood form I got from my doctor told me to go for bloods between 9-10 weeks.. so that's what I did.. I went at 9+3.
Now...... everywhere I look seems to suggest that this timing is wrong..
What has my doctor done? Will I have to have bloods again..
I will ask scan place today when I ring and see if they know I haven't booked in to obstetrician yet as he has been closef over Christmas and he doesnt see you til 13 weeks anyway!

From memory, you do your bloods 3-4 days before your NT scan.. I'd ring your ultrasound place today and make an appointment.. But you may need to go back to your doctor for another referral for your bloods..

Call and book NT scan, they will tell you the best time for it and exactly when they want you to do bloods. Good luck.

I just rang and booked scan for 14th January. Ill be exactly 12 weeks then.
Lady said the bloods are usually done 2 weeks before and to not stress to much. Worst case scenario they send me for repeats after the scan!
    Much better!

    I had my bloods done at 10 + 2 and my scan and 12 + 2.

My GP told me to have the bloods at 10 and scan at 12.

I had my bloods at 10+1 and then NT scan ad 12+3.. I was told by OB to get bloods 2 weeks prior, I don't think its going to be a problem for you, but if it is they can send you for more bloods after the scan.

I was told for bloods to be done at 10 weeks or a few days after and scan to be done between 12 & 13 weeks. I think every clinic has slightly different dates so just go by what ur clinic says
