Yea I did heaps of research into it before getting utd. I get all the statistics etc but as you say, I just would feel more comfortable in a hospital.

I'm just gonna see what happens and take things as they come. If I feel I need pain relief, no probs. I it turns out I need a Caesar - no probs!

I've seen/heard so many stories where women don't end up with the birth experience that they planned......and they're so heartbroken! And feel like a failure - so sad😔.

Id like a natural/drug free birth, but I'm happy to just take things as they come.
If I think I will need an epidural ill have one.
Ill just go with the flow I think, but will not go in planning to using epidurals or the. Like..
How ever that baby can come out well that's what we will do..
Im actually really excited for the birth. I can see it will be a very Empowering experience.

After the session on pain relief we had as part of our birth classes, I would rather not take anything. But I'm not going to have unrealistic expectations and if I need something I'll take it! My birth plan will specify that the med staff will not suggest pain relief. If I want I'll ask. I'm also not worried about the possibility of a c section, better off accepting it if it needs to be done so your body relaxes and u can enjoy the experience.

Oh good - I missed hearing how her scan went yesterday. Glad all is well...except for the cold. I think a shower is the most effective thing when pregnant with a cold - steam the snot out!

Thanks Trio! - Only give back what I receive No facebook - no time! It's bad enough I'm on bubhub.
