    I agree, straight to the toilet. Lot's of talking about where the wee's and poo's go, lot's of praise, and give them extra fluids with frequent trips to the toilet. Maybe take them to the toilet about 30mins after they've had substantial fluids, don't just wait for them to tell you because children live for the moment and are going to get distracted sometimes. Don't forget to praise them for 'trying' too. Oh and I 've been told it's fairly common that poo's in the toilet happen much later then wee's.
