We were there for about 15 minutes then mum read the shirt aloud and then went silent for a second and said 'what?!?' and realised what she had read actually meant and started crying. Hubby and I were grinning like idiots..haha. She was in total shock as our DS1 was a much awaited IVF baby and realised that we had gotten a natural miracle. It took dad a few more seconds once he had heard what mum had said.

    We just did our announcement.
In our top pic we were pretending to blow up balloons (one each). Mine said 'Expected to Pop' and DP's said 'July 2014'
Then we had another picture underneath of us holding up a Polaroid of our baby scan.
Saw something similar on Pinterest so we adapted it.

I saw that on Pinterest and loved it! Such a great source of ideas...I found this one there yesterday and I think we'll recreate it with our American Staffy as he is going to be the best big brother haha

DP wants him to hold a shoe in his mouth though...if we can get him to sit still long enough.

My partner & I announced last night to my family by making a gift box with bows & ribbons all over it, with a baby on board sign inside, a pink & a blue tiny jumpsuit along with a positive pregnancy test. We all went out for dinner then went back to my parents place where we gave my Mum & Dad the gift & said we had a late Christmas present but we are still waiting on the rest to come. Mum unwrapped it, she screamed & cried with excitement, they were all so happy & crying as we had been trying for 16months & this will be the first grandchild & niece or nephew! Very exciting, felt good to know how much support we have.
