ETA: oops sorry just reread your op and it said quick and easy.
The tart is to die for though. OMG I've never tasted such an amazing dessert.

For tonight perhaps a chocolate cake or fruit salad and custard??

Panna cotta, it's surprisingly easy to make and you could do it in the morning.
Just make a fruit coolie to go with it.

The other day I bought meringue nests from woollies.
    Broke them up.
Topped with lemon curd (used a recipe from taste website)
    Blueberries and raspberries
    Then finished off with cream.

    Delicious and fresh.

Ice cream cake. Get 2L ice cream and let it soften. Divide into two bowls. To bowl one add about 10 crushed choc ripple biscuits and stir. Then blitz a couple of handfuls of frozen berries (or fresh) with a violet crumble bar and stir into bowl two. Put the berry layer into a silicone cake pan or a lined ordinary tin, smooth out, then top with the biscuit layer. Freeze. Serve as is or with a berry coulis (v. easy- berries, lemon and sugar simmered and pureed). Looks way impressive and is very easy and cheap. You can top with choc curls, fresh berries and/or mint leaves

A no bake cheese cake..quick and easy and can have whatever flavour you like.

Or buy some meringues and let every one make their own mini pav with cream and fruit
