I am telling myself it is the world's way of making me appreciate it more when it does happen. It's like...hmmm are you sure you want a baby? really sure??

I have read things like, if your pregnancy is easy then your baby maybe a little terror and if it wasn't then your baby will be an angel/easy going. Seems that way with my sister's two.

So those of you TTC and it's taking awhile. Maybe your babies will be little angels too if that process also applies to TTC

Happy birthday MrsT! I hope you had a lovely day and your birthday wish comes true

Welcome to everyone new I hope your TTC journey is nice and short.

I had a dream a few weeks ago that I swaddled my babies and they kept getting undone and wouldn't stop crying. Not sure if it means anything. But that's the only pregnancy/baby dream so far. It was quite stressful though.

i second that opinion! took us 2 1/2 years after coming off the pill to get DD. As a Christian couple, DH and I didn't dtd before we were married and often joke that if we had, that we would have been pregnant immediately without the effort!

I soooooo agree with this, hence why I just can't wait to throw up every morning and suffer like no ones business as we got pregnant so easily first time, rather straightforward pregnancy, and had all manner of troubles with DD, we were really hit for 6 when she was a newborn.

My SIL on the other hand had two mcs took 18 months to successfully get UTD her DS was easy going (still is) sleeps well, took to BF like a duck to water, eats anything and everything, even at 15 MO....

Me 31, He 34, DD 21 months, waiting for just 1 more to complete our family.

Sounds pretty life like to me! I was terrible at swaddling. 1 word - Woombie! Google it

Thank you every one for your bday wishes! I haven't gotten my present from DH yet, but I'll be hopefully finding it between the sheets tonight ;-)
Getting a baby for my bday would just be magical!!!

I honestly am grateful for this time of character testing. I think it's brought DH and I closer together, and has made us appreciate what we will (hopefully) soon have. I think sometimes it can be taken for granted if it's too easily achieved.
In saying that, I've endured my waiting period!! Please give me my bfp now!!!
