I'm 5DPO and feeling like crap. But that's a result of the excessive amount of wine I had last night. *groan*

No symptoms to write home about over here. Have a feeling it's another BFN month. Sigh.
@jenjenOo - sorry AF turned up. But yay for birthday celebrating!

I think 4DPO might be early, but if it's happened before, then it's obviously a possibility for you - good luck!

Are you going to test or wait for AF?

Shrillian- ahhh, wine! I guess I should have my fair share in this two weeks, in case I get my BFP. 9 months without wine! How will I survive!? Haha.

I've also been trying to cut down on caffeine... I really don't think I can cut it out though. I'm used to having an extra shot in my coffees. I cut it to one shot today.. wasn't as good- but it still stopped my "no coffee" headache. Do you girls think that will be ok in the first trimester? I'm worried.. my caffeine addiction is pretty bad.

We sound very similar! I switched to beer a few months back as I was getting bad reflux from drinking wine (noo!!!), so last night was just too tempting as DH had bought some DELICIOUS bottles.

As for coffee, I'm a double shot gal as well, however have almost cut out coffee completely. DH has a serious eye thing going on and the eye specialist said to him to quit caffeine for 3 months to see if it helped stop putting strain on it. He's the biggest coffee addict I know (he usually drinks 6 shots a day!) so I tried to quit caffeine to help him through it as well. I started having single shots this week as I haven't been sleeping well (berocca alone wasn't cutting it) and I agree with you - it's horrible!

I think they say one cup a day during pregnancy is fine? But I think you're meant to abstain as much as possible during the first trimester at least?

Life without caffeine sound like a terrible fate. I've ended up doing a deal with myself, 1 bottle of water for one cup of coffee/can of coke. I'm shocking though, keep forgetting. Really need to get my A into G in that respect.

If you girls find out you are UTD, do you think you'll stop? I think my body will go into shock! Lol..
I think I'm going to wean myself off it over the next two weeks. One shot, one coffee a day for this week, then maybe one coffee with one shot every second day next week. See how I go.
I never really had it before DS1 and 2.. so not drinking it didn't bother me whilst pg. I was having 1-2 cups of tea a day, but I don't think there's as much caffeine in a cup, compared to an espresso shot. Could be wrong though?

On another note, had some spotting in my EWCM tonight. I know this means ovulation is around.. is it happening now, soon, or has it happened? I'm so bloody clueless! You think I'd know after having two! Lol

There's more in black tea than coffee! Since I've already curbed my coffee addiction, I think I will be fine to stop all caffeine for the first trimester.

I've got an added vice of smoking, so will already be putting my body through shock if I ever manage to get UTD. Have cut down and will be stopping soon... /

I think I'll be so thrilled to be pregnant I'll be fine to cut it all out.

No idea about CM. I don't check that.

Gahhh!!! 10dpo and BFN...feeling deflated. About 5dpo I was feeling so positive that this was it, then from yesterday I've sort of been thinking that the mild cramps may just be AF coming along. I have had baby dreams two nights in a row now so was hoping that was a sign. I know it could still happen but I guess my hopes are just almost nonexistent now. AF is due in about 2days so I guess I'll know then
