That's definitely a positive. You don't ovulate typically until 12-36 hours after your first positive OPK so you're still in with a chance.

I didn't think you're suppose to use FMU-rather, test in the 'middle of the day' as FMU will likely give u a pos even if u r not o'ing. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong ladies? I'll try find where I read it.

I always use fmu for my opks. That looks positive. Quick surges are good. Don't worry though tomorrow night is probably perfect timing.

Tomorrow is our last chance to BD because hubby is getting physio done on his knee so no strenuous activity for a week. So i'm covered if i had a normal 28 day cycle and not my 25 day one. I hate fluctuating cycles I can test on Valentines Day. I'm over the tww already

Most OPKs recommend to not use FMU, that testing should be after 1000 and before somewhere around 2000/2100.

That said, everyone is different. I use FMU due to not being able to test throughout the day at work and also find my afternoon/evening tests are too diluted for a proper result (yes, even with drinking less).

When I'm waiting for surge I do once every fmu. When the surge has started I do fmu (approx 6am) a and again when home from work (approx 6pm). I've never really had conflicting results so it definitely works for me.
