Don't worry about the temp of ur urine, that's total overkill. It will naturally be warm of course, and that's fine.

I use fmu for my opks cos that is what fits my daily schedule. A lot of women find their results are not as effective with fmu though, and find clearer results around 2pm or 7pm. If you're going to test afternoons, make sure you abstain from food or drink in the two hours prior, otherwise you'll dilute your result

Can anyone clarify this for me as I never used them when we conceived last time. I was considering starting them on CD12 in case I O early, but am also prepared to not O for a few months . I got a bulk pack of 50 so fingers crossed I won't need to buy anymore for this cycle. Oh & I also read that your urine needs to be room temp - true of false? TIA
Hi Emma you sound very similar to me when I was TTC DD I was breastfeeding, past history of 35 day cycles, I ovulate around day 21

After a huge gap and some hiccups with implanon and depo I am back in the game!

If you could please pop me down for the 2nd and I'll try super hard to try and not test early haha (only my second cycle since depo, so testing dates are a guestimate for the moment).
