So glad I don't start my diet until the 3rd of Jan... cos if today was my first day it would have been over before it began. Epic fail/junk food day!

@Zeddie I like that chart. I think I might give it a crack too.
@Marigold I'm not officially starting diet/detoxing until Monday as it gives me chance to down the left over booze and junk food in the house.
I'm still doing a daily walk though.. slowly building up my fitness cause I am so so unfit. .

Day 1 here - weight 76.1kg. I am hoping to lose 5kg by 22nd of Feb for a friends wedding. Will then reassess and decide my next goal.

Hoping to get out for a walk today. Melbourne's weather does not look like it is very good this week but hopefully it will be nice enough for some decent exercise!

    Day 1, week 1
So far so good. Breakfast was a coffee and a banana (not fantastic, but just woke with no appetite).
    mid morning- apple
lunch- 2 sushi handrolls made with brown rice, diet coke
afternoon snack- a few slices of sandwich chicken and some rice crackers with tzatziki dip.
Dinner will be a small serve of pasta and I have bought myself some Soleil Diet dark choc custard for dessert

After a blow-out yesterday when we had friends over, I'm back on track today.
DH and I are following the principles of the CSIRO diet.
Today I had fruche with strawberries for breakfast. A lamb and salad wrap for lunch, some mango for afternoon tea and spag Bol for dinner with just half a cup of pasta and a side of steamed broccoli and beans.
Since I don't have scales I've set the goal of being able to get back into my size 10 jeans by the end of April.

I've managed to consistently go for a walk each afternoon this week. I've noticed my skin is looking much better, which is awesome as I have pretty feral skin.
Monday will be the start of my 60 day detox. Hopefully I will start to see some kgs fall of not long after.

Hiya hope I can join in!
Looking to lose weight - have really let myself go after getting married, having my baby and going thru a few traumatic journeys.

I turn to food for comfort and I'm really hoping by joining a fitness and weight loss group that I can encourage others and have others encourage me!

    I weigh about 90 kilos and I'm 26 (27 in June.)
I'd love to be 20 kilos lighter by my birthday - that's my ideal goal but if I was to go by a realistic goal I'd be happy with 10 to 15 kilos gone by then!

I will do an official weigh in when I find my scales lol
