Ok, I've worked out a little plan for myself:
Start date will be Friday 3rd Jan
    End date Friday 7th March.
That will give me 9 weeks to lose my minimum of 5kgs and I should easily make it to a 7kg loss.
I will quite happy with losing the 5- anymore will be great and a bonus. This will bring me down to the high 50's.. an ideal weight for me.

    I'm in!
I have 20kgs to loose. I would be happy to drop it slowly and steadily.
I started the Atkins plan a few months back (the one Fifi endorsed) and I lost 3kgs but I found I was struggling eating their snack/meal replacement protein bars as they are just so disgustingly sickly sweet. I think I may stick to the overall concept but replace the bars with a different snack - maybe a rice cake with cottage cheese or a boiled egg or something like that

Can I join you ladies? I'm currently at 69 but would like to get back to around 60. My worst habit is snacking so I'm trying to find better things to snack on and only have sweet in small portions which I find extremely hard to do!!
I havean exercise bike so going to try and get on it more even for just 10 mins a day and also want to go fpr more walks with bubs in the pram!

Well, I've been pretty good today- black coffee and a piece of wholemeal Vegemite toast for breakfast, half a punnet of strawberries and a fruche for a snack and a ham and salad wrap for lunch. Will have another piece of fruit soon and chicken and salad for dinner. Going to the movies tonight- it will be so hard to not buy the biggest bag of malteasers and some popcorn. I might air pop some popcorn to take with me...

I haven't done *too* bad, I've kept busy all day and I'm absolutely hanging for something sweet. But I'm resisting and once the kids are in bed I'll have one glass of wine.
