Ok, I've worked out a little plan for myself:
Start date will be Friday 3rd Jan
End date Friday 7th March.
That will give me 9 weeks to lose my minimum of 5kgs and I should easily make it to a 7kg loss.
I will quite happy with losing the 5- anymore will be great and a bonus. This will bring me down to the high 50's.. an ideal weight for me.
