    I'm kind of on track... have lost 6kgs since starting. Still have plenty to go though. I've been sick for the last few weeks so haven't really been exercising.

    I've been soooo slack! still down (haven't put the weight back on) but WILL pick the exercise back up tonight!

    At last Saturday's weigh in I was down 4.5kgs, but I've put 300gm back on this week
    Been slack- too many carbs, not enought fruit and veg.
    But people are noticing that I'm looking slimmer, which is nice! Still haven't done any exercise at all, so the loss is purely diet.

    well done ladies, yep I'm still on track too I've lost just under 6kg since I started, still going to the gym and have started jogging doing my first fun run at end of march wish me luck!
