    Well done to all the other ladies who have lost weight, lost cm and even just managed to eat better and fit some exercise in, its not easy when you have kids. I Worked hard this week went to the gym 5 days and did my weekly yoga class. I'm really hoping that I will have lost either a bit more weight or some cm's, ill be stoked if ive lost some cm's from my waist. I'll find out tomorrow when I get weighed and measured at my PT session in the morning, ill be really dissapointed if theres no change. I've been eating better still a have a few indulgences but generally speaking have been eating a fairly balanced diet. I have to say I'm actually really enjoying going to the gym i didnt think i'd enjoy it. I think it helps that it is a small gym so it's really quiet and I go early in the morning when the kids are still in bed that way its done for the day and its nice having a bit of time to myself and the weekly PT sessions are really good for motivation.

    So I just found out I'm pregnant yay but determined to eat healthy and stay active through the pregnancy.
    Last two times I've been pregnant I've fallen off the bandwagon and it's just been that much harder to get back on it after pregnancy.

    Anyway feeling great, I'm not going to focus on weightloss after the end of jan, I'm only 4 weeks along so for the next two weeks I'll just continue with what I'm doing and hopefully get to my goal measurements and the. Just focus on healthy eating and exercise

    So today I am: (starting measurements in brackets which was 23rd OCT) and {goal for end of jan in these brackets}
    Waist - 72 (78) {70}
    Hips - 89 (93.5) {87}
    Bum - 100 (105.5) {98}
    L leg - 58 (62) {57}
    R leg - 58 (62) {57}
    Weight - 63.1 (69) {60}

    I'd like to continue running through the start of pregnancy, I'll ask my OB how long he thinks it's safe to run for. I was thinking maybe around 16 weeks and then I'll just continue with walking.
    I'm not hard core running, just. 25 minute jog.

    Do you have a lot to lose? Or only a small amount?
    If you have a lot to lose then yes you should see the numbers dropping? So have a look at what your eating, if your not eating enough of the right food (limiting your calories to much) then that could be at fault?
    If you don't have a lot to lose 5-10kg then your possibly losing cm's and building muscle. So although your losing weight it won't necessarily show up on scales.
    Measure your body (waist, hips, bum and legs) and take progress photos. It will give you a better idea how it's all going and it's very motivational to see changes in your body that you can't see day to day.

    Very happy to see the scales still showing my loss this morning after I went up a kilo over the weekend; it must have been just from AF as I suspected.
    Today I have eaten very light:
    Banana for breakfast
    Can of sugarfree energy drink mid morning
    Multigrain sandwich with chicken, avocado, lettuce & tomato
    Coffee
    Dinner was just some wheat thins topped with shaved beef silverside, pickle, tomato.
    Another coffee early evening.
    I worked today so got many km's under my belt on my feet all day

    Morning all, how's everyone going? I have lost approx 4 kg since the start of Jan
    Happy post:
    This time last year I was miserable. It has been a slowish journey, but I have shed almost 17 kilos in the past year! I never ever want to go back to where I was- it has been so hard losing weight and there were many tears and stuff ups along the way but I made it by changing my lifestyle and making healthy choices I can easily stick to for life.
    I still want to get to around the 58kg mark so I have a few kg to still lose.
    Today I've had scrambled eggs with ham, tomato and spinach with a dash of sugarfree almond milk
    coffee with equal and almond milk.

    Great work! @~Marigold~.

    My weight loss plateued, then went back up and now seems to be slowly heading back down.
    I've been struggling with my love of carbs. I seriously crave them all the time.
    Why can't all the nice foods have weight loss properties? Life would be so much easier then!

    I have had a slack naughty last few days but I have had a throat infection and almost 40 degrees everyday which has made it more difficult. I'm going to get back on it today!
