Well done to all the other ladies who have lost weight, lost cm and even just managed to eat better and fit some exercise in, its not easy when you have kids. I Worked hard this week went to the gym 5 days and did my weekly yoga class. I'm really hoping that I will have lost either a bit more weight or some cm's, ill be stoked if ive lost some cm's from my waist. I'll find out tomorrow when I get weighed and measured at my PT session in the morning, ill be really dissapointed if theres no change. I've been eating better still a have a few indulgences but generally speaking have been eating a fairly balanced diet. I have to say I'm actually really enjoying going to the gym i didnt think i'd enjoy it. I think it helps that it is a small gym so it's really quiet and I go early in the morning when the kids are still in bed that way its done for the day and its nice having a bit of time to myself and the weekly PT sessions are really good for motivation.
