Yes definitely. I've held on to this weight for far too long so I'm glad it's finally starting to fall off.
Will keep at it and hopefully see some more results.

i finally did it! I lost a kg! only 1, mind you, but at least it's not levelling... and i got around to trying pilates last night. was bloody hard after all my stomach surgeries - i didn't realise i had lost that much strength and it gives good insight as to the extent that my bad back is overcompensating for my weak stomach. I intend to keep going but won't be able to do it everyday just yet as it is causing my caesarian scar to ache...

and I have now done pilates two days in a row - my stomach and thighs hurt lol but hopefully on the way to releasing pain from my back and strengthening my stomach I may have cheated with icecream today though - but it was 45+ degrees outside...

Well, I've finally had a loss- 600gm since Sunday, but I'm pretty happy with that since I'm just adjusting my diet and haven't done any exercise!

Day 17 and still no weightloss here and I am dieting and exercising my butt off (if only that were literally )

I feel healthier & skinnier but if only those numbers on the scales would go down some!

@Zeddie are your clothes fitting better? Apparantly you can lose cm's without a change on the scales.
The main thing is that you're feeling healthier and looking after yourself. The weightloss is bound to follow.
As for me, I've had a few too many indulgences over the last few days and I'm feeling it. I would say I've been really strict 50% of the time and have been pretty good with my breakfasts, snacks and lunches but a couple of dinners out and other junk has me now weighing exactly the same as my start weight 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping it's just a combo of AF starting yesterday and temporary bloat. How can over 2 solid weeks of really strict eating and an almost 2 kg initial weightloss be zapped away by a couple days of mediocre dieting? So frustrating.
