    Default New Year Weightloss Challenge

    Thought I would start a new thread to start for the new year.

    Current Weight: 69kg
    Goal Weight: 65kg
    Deadline: March 3

    I am IN!!!!!! I go to Thailand on Feb 18th so wanna lose some weight before then!!

    Thinking of starting on New years day or there abouts. I have 5kgs to lose. Maybe 7. It doesn't seem like much but to me it is a whole dress size and I badly need to tone up.
    Oh and yes, reaching my goal by early March would be awesome.

    I'll join. I asked for mostly exercise stuff for Christmas so I'm hoping to lose at least 5kg to start with (15kg overall)

    Can I join too? I don't know what I weigh or how much I need to lose since I don't have scales at my house, but I do know a lot of my clothes are very tight at the moment. I'd say between 5-10kgs?
    I'm terrible with post-dinner snacking- I swear I eat half my daily calories after 8 pm, which I know is just terrible! And I need to do some exercise- I used to walk everywhere, but we moved 15 months ago and now I use the car all the time.

    I so need this! Was just writing up my plan of attack before. I have 15 kilos to lose but really I would like to be 5 kilos lighter and at my pre pregnancy weight by end of feb, for my bubs first birthday. Then I will work on the rest.

    I keep a water bottle on the couch with me after dinner and just drink from that when I get bored. Occasionally do a cup of green tea for a bit of flavour, but way too hot for that at the moment!!
