Default Stitch Pain in upper abdomen??

Does anyone know what can cause this? My BP is perfect (or lower, so it's definitely not PE, just checked it and it was 100/70, normally its about 110/60)

It's not constant but it comes and goes, and has been there today only. It feels different to the ligament pain I get on my sides, it's a lot sharper.

Is there another ligament up there that could just be getting over stretched or something??

    Thanks in advance

It sounds a bit like pain I had in my 3rd pregnancy which was caused by my gallbladder...

I had that too also with a good BP and midwife just said to keep an eye on it in case it worsens as can be a PE sign. But it eventually went and wasn't anything to worry about.

Thanks everyone I'm not too worried, but I didn't have this with DD, I had the normal rib pain though.

It is very hot here right now, so I'm making sure to drink heaps of water in case it's caused by dehydration.
