I don't mind Star but I think it sounds too much like trying to match your first daughters name rather then just a name you really like? Just my first thought. Some ideas for you:
    Willow
    Mae
    Skye/Skylar
    Blakeley
    Brooke
    Ava
    Winter
    April
    Jazz
    Blake
Neveya (not sure how to spell - NEH-VEY-UH)
    Seraya
    Indie

Not a fan of Star. I think it's the sort of name that would attract a lot of teasing.

Honestly? I think star sounds like a stripper. (Sorry to be blunt)... Stella is lovely.

Married to my soul mate, Mummy to one beautiful little girl, wishing for a little boy to complete our family.

Sorry OP, not a fan of Star either and would personally avoid it being so matchy. Do like Stella though! What about Eve/Evie?

    Sapphire/Sapphira
    Callie

My other thought were flower names - Violet, Lily, Poppy, Petunia, Fleur.
