    I feel your pain.
I have set up a reward chart for my kids, we'll see how it goes, usually it works for a week or so then they get over it. Our chart is for general 'goodness', but probably for your younger age kids you might need to be more specific. My kids get ticks through the day for whenever they're being extra good or nice to each other, they can also get ticks rubbed out if they are extra bad to each other hehe, then at the end of the day (made it daily to keep their attention) whoever has the most ticks gets to choose a reward out of a bag, it's all bits of paper that say stuff like "stay up and play a game with mum only", "stay up and watch a movie with mum only", "choose a DVD at the movie shop for us all to watch", "choose somewhere for a family outing", "choose dinner for the next night" etc, all stuff that gives them a bit of power, which they always love!

    Good luck!

We have a reward ladder. They go up for being good and down for being naughty...then at the end ot the day how high they are = their daily points, then they have to earn a certain amount of points to get a reward of their choosing.
