Hi ladies, yes I'm officially PUPO although the ET didn't exactly go to plan. With my retroverted uterus and multiple surgeries and scar tissue it took them 30mins of digging to try to get access. Anyway, finally got a good looking blasty on board. Am a bit shaken and worse for wear though but hoping this is our special one x

Will be thinking of you chiefs in the lead up to Friday x hope it runs like clockwork!

Thanks ladies, I have emailed them begging for an earlier transfer, they have asked the FS if they will come in earlier that day for me, fx I get lucky and they can do it earlier. Worth asking, even if it's just 15 minutes that could be all I need!

Have decided to just let it go, it's kinda out of my hands, I'll either make it or I won't. Yep mumnetqn it seems like every cycle something goes wrong, I hope it's not god's way of telling me I shouldn't be doing this!
@bel2466, you poor thing! Maybe if you ever have to have another transfer you should ask FS for a script for Valium so you can stay calm? That must have been unpleasant and very uncomfortable. Congrats on being PUPO though, let the tww crazies begin.
@mrsjaguar how are you going? Still wearing your lucky socks?

I heard you should wear socks during tww to keep feet warm - easy to do in this weather!

@Chiefsgirl - you'll manage either way. What a whirlwind start to the TWW! xx

Lucky socks in the wash, but plenty of other warm cozy socks on!

Thanks Sarah, I think for the majority of ladies the transfer is mildly uncomfortable for a couple of minutes, similar to a Pap smear. I think I'm just one of the 'problem patients' where it doesn't go as smoothly!
I'm feeling fine today, just a bit tired which I'm hoping is a good sign? X

Bel, I have the same problems I threatened to kick the FS in the head last year, she laughed and said people give birth and say they are never having another child and they still come back and do it again. I told her I have no kids she said I know I was just trying to help ... Poor dr fong.. That was last year. I hope you are resting a little.
