I had a bit too much for lunch and that really upset the apple cart.
I think I have to keep it small and regular..

    Thanks hun..

Hope you feel better today Jen! x

Chiefs, ugh, I HATE that. White knickers and a friend swears by parsley tea to bring on AF.

I think you can buy it too, but they used to just use fresh parsley!

I might have to give it a go! Have had a stressful day trying to book in my immune treatment and not having AF or know when transfer is going to be likely is difficult!

Hi ladies, I haven't been in here for a while but just a quick question: does anyone know if Westmead has access to donor sperm? DH and I are unfortunately at the point where he has no sperm at all (no idea why it's all gone so suddenly but we never had much to begin with) and are likely to need a donor...just looking at options right now. Any help would be appreciated.
