ET yesterday and 6 frostys for a later date
Just a quick question, I was given hpt and told to do them on the 9th & 11th Feb then if it's a BFP they will book me in for an ultra sound.
I was expecting a blood test as all the other clinics seem to do them, is it normal to not have one?
I'm thinking if it gets to that point I might get my gp to organise one just to be on the safe side, any thoughts?

Hi Kymbo, congratulations on your ET. Wow 6 frosties that is amazing! WFC don't do bloods to test for a BFP. When you get your BFP on the pee stick, call your GP and book in for bloods. Rest up and take it easy!

Hi ladies, got 18 eggies at EPU today :-) unfortunately the embies that fertilise will all have to be a day 2 freeze as I had too much fluid in my endometrium so no transfer can't be done while it's like this. Waiting to hear from FS what the next course of action is. Need to wait 2 cycles before a FET:-(. So I guess good and bad news for me today. They will text me with number that fertilise tomorrow.
Hope the PUPO ladies are still going strong. Hi to others xxx

Wow bel that is a great number! Fx for good fertilisation. Try and enjoy the next cp, of months without jabs, creams and people looking and poking around your privates!

Hi Bel. Shame to have to wait as sometimes it seems so long to get to this point but better than transferring and there being a risk. Congrats on your transfer Kymbo and all your frosties! Wishing you all the best for the tww. I didn't worry about monitoring the bloods but when I got the BFP I went to my GP to get a referral to the hospital and he insisted on it anyway (just the one). I was glad WFC didn't go crazy on monitoring the bloods - just another thing to worry about in my opinion!
