    Progesterone levels peak at around 5-6dpo so that could explain the temp rise, it could also indicate pregnancy if it stays high & your bub implanted early.

    Those temps seem pretty normal to me (without knowing what your pre-o temps are). My post-o temps are similar & usually rise steadily for thr first few days. You can't tell much from your chart untill you have a few months of data & can compare patterns - if you have "normal" cycles. Mine are wonky.

    Id make cd1 tomorrow bake. .im sure its anything after midday makes cd1 the next day. Or maybe it was 6pm?

    Fx u have some luck with vitex. Last cycle I had luck with vit b complex. I went from spotting 3-4 days before af to I think 1.5-2 days before.
