I just checked my cp and it's dropped really low and open, fairly sure I'll be in a new cycle in a day or two

Bake have you tried anything like vitex? I was feeling at a loss with 8 day LP's and spotting prior.
First month on, and I've O'ed a week early, turning my prospective LP to 14 days. Couldn't have been more stoked with my results.

I haven't tried vitex, I took b vitamins for a while and they didn't make much of a difference. I O at the right time, just my LP is too short, I O'd on CD 14 this cycle... I know the next step is going to be testing etc and I am just not sure if I can go down that path, are there any tests/treatments that can be done without going to a fertility specialist?

The dr can order bloodwork and ultrasounds to check for pcos, a hsg to check your insides and sperm analysis for
Dh, other than that your next step is a gyno/fs. So don't stress! A gp can help you quite a lot!

Your gp can do a few blood tests to get started... I don't know if they have the knowledge to actually analyse the tests though? That might depend on the gp.
I would suggest vitex personally. I didn't expect it to move my O, I was just hoping it would add a day or two to my cycle. And it performed miracles. I was hesitant, but I'm so glad I did it. If nothing else you could try that while waiting for a FS? It's all natural herbs, it's not going to hurt your body.

I don't think we will go to a FS if that's what it comes to. I do want to convince DH to have another SA and for them to actually check for antibodies this time as for some reason the surgeon who did the VR didn't ask for that on the 3 month SA. I also might ask for some basic bloods etc too.

I am feeling really cranky this afternoon, so it's really not looking good :-( I will investigate vitex

Bake you can get it from any chemist - over the counter. It's in the section with all the pre-natal vits. It's a pink blackmores label. I think it's about $13-15 for a bottle. The bottle says take 3 daily, but I just take it once at brekky (with my pre-nat & my bcomplex) and once before bed.
Any questions let me know :-)

My chart. It's not my best. Temp finally went up to a decent temp but it was a hot night last night so probably because of that.
