Arrgghhh... I had the worst night. I kept waking every 2.5 hrs, so my temp was out this morning. I was so hot when I woke up, but then my temp was lower than yesterday. My temp last night before bed was 36.86, which is a pretty normal post o temp for the end of the day for me (I sometimes take my temp just before bed when I have crappy bb temps), but I'm not convinced about o on cd22. My bb temps don't seem high enough, but o has never been this late in my cycle before. I'm so sick of this crap. I'm supposed to have a 7dpo blood test this cycle, but how am I supposed to do that if I can't even be sure when o was/is???????? I need to at least know that I'm post o for the test.

Sorry, I'm having one of those angry/ frustrated/ sad days.

It might not work for the first cycle, it might take some time.

Yeah I'm expecting 3 months before I notice any change. I understand these things aren't magic (though I wish! Haha...)
Is there documentation on whether taking vitex with b6 would be okay or not?
