    Default Bleeding

Ok, I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times on here, I just don't have time to search. My partner is approx. 6 weeks preggies. She told me this morning she is bleeding heavily, it isn't spotting. She said "It's like a heavy period" She said she woke up with a bit of nausea(for the first time) this morning and then later the bleeding. Any opinions, advice would be great, we have done the google search thing. But I guess hearing others stories are better.
