Some long forgotten things I'm going to try again this week;
- fish patties with salad
- San choi bau
- rice paper rolls
- zucchini fritters with salad
- Japanese pancakes - can't remember what they're called?
my problem is that these things don't fill DH up enough and I end up feeling like I need to cook 2 meals, he sees the things I'd like to eat more as a snack...

We're having quiche and salad tonight, it takes a while to cook the quiche but it's good coz you can get the kitchen cleaned up and whatever else you need to do while it's in the oven :-)
