I bought my nephews Christmas presents online from target to be shipped straight to their home (MIL is going to wrap them for me) so that I could save on postage and it's now been 2 weeks and no delivery!

I find the majority of online retailers a pleasure to order from, even during the Xmas period.

It seems to be the same culprits most of the time that people have trouble with - Big W and Target instantly come to mind.

I hope your order situation gets rectified ASAP OP. 3 weeks is a long time, something has most certainly gone wrong.

So i have good news. The lady at target has not been able to locate any of my item in the local area but has found then in neighbouring charter towers at the target country store. They are having then couriered to me and i will have then by Monday. She said then just to refuse delivery of the items through aus post when they eventually get here. Happy that i will atleast get the items in time Xmas.

I currently have 2 36kg + boxes full of trampoline sitting in my shed courtesy of a toll delivery guy who couldn't be bothered knocking on my door when I was home. It was a sign on delivery parcel and I wanted to let him know where to put the parcels when he turned up. The way it is now I can't use half my car parking spots and a week after my complaint they haven't rung me. Not happy!
