    Nice finger food idea- cut small 5cm squares of frozen puff pastry and top with a little caramelised onion, a small slice of tomato (fresh or semi dried), a kalamata olive and a sprinkle of thyme or sage and black pepper. Bake at 180 for 10 mins or until golden (approx)
