    Default Attention cake makers

DD has requested a flower cake for her pending 3rd birthday and I'm after some simple ideas on how to make/design one. All the ones on pinterest are way above my ability!

I can cut out shapes, use better crocker frosting (and colour it if needed), use 100s and 1000s, smarties etc to decorate. Anything beyond that is out of my league.

Help me please!! I will post a photo if it turns out ok.

I've made little marshmallow flowers before I think you cut them in half and then put icing sugar on them to make them not so stick and then lay them in a flower pattern and put a smartie in the middle i'll find a link (I don't know how to post photos.) but it is in the old womans day cake book if you have one http://cakecrumbs.deviantart.com/art...akes-286831911 that one obviously is rolled in jelly crystals
