    Hi Welcome MSH.

I am also another grandmother in the forum joined in August this year.. I am a nurse 57yrs of age and have 3 grown men as my sons. My second son has Cerebral Palsy living in residential care. He is 28 yrs of age. I have 2 adorable grand daughters ( I enjoy babysitting them). They are 6yrs and 1 year. Yesterday my second grand daughter Ava was 1 year. The 6 year old Natalia goes to school.
It is great of you to care for your mum. You will be blessed. I too looked after my mum 6 years ago and she is with the Lord now. By the way I am not working now as I do babysitting. Glad to meet you on the forum.

everyone. I'm new here and decided this is the perfect thread to introduce myself to the community. here goes nothin':

    1. I'm almost 40 but haven't been in a serious relationship in 9 years.
    2. I'm a writer. I write about anything and everything under the sun. Plus, it's required at work.
    3. I love the color PURPLE! Which, obviously, is why my username is such.
    4. I'd rather listen to music than watch television.
    5. I sleep better after drinking a hot mug of coffee.

Quirk: I am hooked on YA books (paranormal, love story, name it!) and vampire-themed TV shows. LOL
