Yeah feeling a bit frustrated. My issue is I don't O. She has tried sooo many different things with me. Currently taking: ovarianne, femmeplex, DHA/EPA fish oil, probiotics, thyroid stuff and something yellow for inflammation. Oh and DIM mix from iherb. Have increased my exercise to 5 days a week and still nothing. Had bloods on Tuesday.

I see her on Wednesday and she said depending on the outcome and results, she may refer me to a new FS, one that actually will help this time and retry Clomid.

DP's younger sister had her Bub last Monday and got yo meet her last night. Confronting reminder of 3.5 years of trying for a Bub.. Really starting to crack now...

Nawww Miss, I feel bad for you. You and I are veterans in this god forsaken thread lol, some good has got to come of it surely!

My advice - I changed what I ate, seriously no white grains, only brown and not after 12pm. Lots of fresh fruit and veg and lean protein, totally clean eating. I even give up caffeine and sugars. I think that's what helped us
I'm crossing my fingers for us both this year Miss - it's our turn god damn it!

I'm on cd132. I have days where I am relaxed, and follow the philosophy it will happen eventually, but then some other days, I get down that my body isn't doing what it's supposed to!
@miss_petepie what else has your naturopath tried? I have been seeing one for a month or two, I am taking vitex and have done a few herbals.

Can anyone tell me what happens on your first FS appointment? Has anyone used both a FS and naturopath at the same time? Or have any reccommendations?

    Hi ladies,
sorry I have a quick question this is going to sound very stupid but I am going to ask anyway, I am CD 77 post stopping the pill, neg preg test. diagnosed with PCOs last month.
This morning had some very bright blood red, spotting with clots? (sorry to much information lol)
wondering if other have experienced this? Wondering if this might be AF finally arriving? or something else? I dont feel crampy or bloaty like I normally did, alittle weird?

Hope others are well hope you are doing well @No3please?
